8-Week zumba program

We had an extra class on Friday, 6-26-07. The main purpose was to review the basic zumba rythims and steps. When you know how to do the steps you maximize your fitness outcomes. I also provided the attendees with a "progress sheet" that will track their achievements during a 8-week period. This program helps you define your fitness goals and stick to them.     I love your class that you teach up at Barnes Field house. The music is incredible and you keep us moving and dancing with fun moves the entire hour! I would like to know if you have a schedule of all the other classes that you teach. As much as I love the evening class at BFH it does get very crowed at times.
